Ontronics is a registred electronics and appliance repair company based in Johannesburg.

The company prides itself in offering good quality and reliable service to its clients.

The company comprises of three different departments that work and in and to ensure that our client are well catered for. These three well oiled departments ensure a prompt collection, repair and delivery of our client's valued gadgets.

To begining with, we have a well trained receptionist who deals directly with all our clients. The prime duties of this department are to see that all the units that enter into the company are correctly labelled and entered into the company's system or booked in. It's also within the company's policy to keep our clients up to date with the status or rather progress of their units.

We also have the quality control department, that is QC in short. This is one of the most vital departments in our company as it does not only look at the quality of spares that are used in repairing the customer's units but also make sure that are repaired to the highest standard. It's also the duty of this wing or department to be precise, to check the condition of the unit before and after repair thereby ensuring that the units are returned back to our clients in their good working condition.

Last but not least there is the technical department which consist of a staff of well trained Tecnicians able to tackle anything that the ever changing and improving world of electonics tosses at them. In this department, we try by all means to repair almost everything given to us within a reasonable time frame. Our well trained technical staff is always ready and happy to help our clients with any technical information should they (our clients) need it.

Ontronics also offers an in-house repair for items such as Fridges, Washing machines to mention but just a few, if necessary the unit will be taken into the work shop for further or through diagnosis.
